Marta Rosselló Serra, born in la Colònia de Sant Jordi (Mallorca), on the 3rd of October, 1986 is a graduate of the School of Tourism and Hospitality of the UIB, under the tutelage of many renowned professors. She started her studies at the young age of 16, and years 1 and 2 of cooking and haute cuisine graduate. She has taken part in several competitions:

Hotel Management School’s Cake Competition (2nd Place), Ensaimada Competition, Hotel Management School’s Competition for Classification for the Young Chefs of Spain Competition (2005), (1st Place), Young Chef’s Competition 2005 (in Segovia, Spain), (3rd Place), Young Chef’s of Spain Competition ZOCO PACHARAN 2006 (2nd Place) (With collaboration from renowned chef Koldo Royo), Competition of Sa Perdiu (Mallorca) (3rd Place)

However, Marta Rosselló Serra's story doesn't stop here. Even after finishing her studies, she has had a constant ambition to continue her training (both before the opening of her restaurant as well as after, during the months in which it is closed). We can call the most significant professional experiences such as internships in the restaurant COQUE Mario Sandoval, two seasons (2005 and 2006), as head chef of the small restaurant "ES RANCHO", and also several courses with the great chef Santi Santamaria, among others.

In 2008 Marta gathered enough courage to commence a project she had always had in mind: having her own restaurant, but not just any restaurant, but rather one with a  pleasant and sensational style, just like her own, that combines exceptional ambience and food, and at the same time awakens a series of pleasing and delightful sensations in its diners.

Over the past months and with the yearning to learning more, Marta Rossello has done cooking internships at Can Fabes in Barcelona. They were very intense months in which she felt very happy that gathered great experience. In her own words: "I want to express my great sadness over the death of this great chef. I want to thank all the team for the treatment you have given me and for teaching me so much!"
